It was great meeting with him. He actually gave me good knowledge of what are urine issues are,? and what are not also gave more important infection-related knowledge and understood my concerns and guided me very well. Also gave me deep knowledge of men sexual health and urology relations.

I was having kidney stone pain for many months. The pain was so bad that I couldn’t do my daily work properly. i had taken many painkiller injections over the months. One of my friends who had visited Dr.Palash for consultation told me to visit him for a kidney stone. The doctor explained everything properly. He told me about the RIRS laser treatment and said the stone will be removed without any cuts or stitches. His assurance gave me a lot of confidence to undergo the procedure. The surgery went smoothly. I didn’t feel much pain, and the next morning I was able to walk normally. My stone was completely removed, and I finally got relief after so many days of suffering. Dr. Palash is very humble and polite. He listens carefully and clears every doubt with patience. Even after the treatment, he kept checking on my recovery, which felt very reassuring. The hospital is located in a very convenient location, and all staff are kind and supportive. Today I am perfectly fine and pain-free. I am really thankful to him. Dr. Palash is one of the best Urologists; the level of expertise, experience, knowledge, and patience is top-notch. My dad’s issue was unique to us, never heard of such an infection(hydrocele) before. This went undetected for 3 months in the hometown, no one understood it, and even the senior doc of age 65 didn’t understand the issue correctly, and hence it went worse. Howeve,r Dr. Palash diagnosed the disease in one visit, gave correct treatment to kill the infection, and performed surgery to extract it. I am 100% happy with my decision to visit and trust him, he listened me very patiently and gave answers to all my questions in detail. Additional feedback for Staff: Casualty staff was great. Same for Ward staff, they were very professional and helpful.
